01 Scope and acceptance

These Website Terms apply when you access or use hansec.co and its public content. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Submitting a contact, support or evaluation request authorizes Hansec to review and respond to that request. It does not create a customer relationship, place an order or accept a commercial proposal.

If you use the site for an organization, you confirm that you may act for that organization for this website use.

02 Nova product and evaluation

Website descriptions are general information, not an offer or warranty. Supported capabilities, connections, data locations, retention, security obligations, availability, pricing, renewal, cancellation and refunds are determined by the applicable signed agreement.

If a signed agreement conflicts with these Website Terms, the signed agreement controls Nova access and the agreed work. A roadmap, preview, demonstration or evaluation statement is not a commitment to deliver a future capability unless the signed agreement says otherwise.

03 Acceptable website use

You may use the site for lawful business information and communication. You must not:

• interfere with the site, bypass access controls or place an unreasonable load on it
• introduce malicious code, send spam or use the site to harm another person or system
• impersonate another person or submit information you are not authorized to provide
• copy, scrape or extract content in a way that violates law, rights or technical restrictions
• test security or access non-public systems without Hansec’s prior written authorization

We may restrict access needed to protect the site, users or our rights. A vulnerability report should follow the process in Policies and Disclosures.

04 Public content and intellectual property

Hansec and its licensors retain their rights in the site, Nova names, designs, text, graphics, software and other content. You may view and make a reasonable internal copy of public material for evaluating Hansec. You may not republish, sell, remove notices, create a misleading derivative or use our marks without permission.

Third-party names and marks belong to their owners. Their appearance describes compatibility or subject matter and does not imply endorsement.

05 Information you submit

You confirm that you may provide information submitted through the site and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Do not send credentials, secrets, regulated data or confidential material through a public form unless Hansec has given you an approved secure channel.

Hansec may use a suggestion or feedback you voluntarily provide to improve its business and services without identifying you or disclosing your confidential information. This does not transfer ownership of customer data or material governed by a signed agreement.

06 Third-party services and links

The site may link to or rely on third-party services. Hansec does not control their content, availability, security or privacy practices. A link does not mean endorsement. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s terms.

07 Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains website collection, cookies, rights and contact channels. Customer-controlled data used with Nova is also governed by the applicable customer agreement.

08 Website disclaimers

The public site and its content are provided for general information. We aim to keep them accurate, but they may be incomplete, delayed or changed. The site is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law.

Website content is not legal, regulatory, audit, insurance or financial advice. Security information is not a guarantee that a threat, vulnerability or incident will be detected, prevented or resolved. Obtain advice appropriate to your environment and obligations.

Nothing in these Website Terms limits an express commitment in a signed agreement or a right that law does not allow us to exclude.

09 Website liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hansec is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss caused only by use of, or inability to use, this public site. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited, or to a paid service governed by a signed agreement.

10 Changes, law and contact

We may update these Website Terms. The updated date identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means the current Website Terms apply to later site use.

These Website Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Disputes concerning only this website are submitted to the competent courts of Mexico City, Mexico, except where mandatory law gives a person another forum or protection.

Questions about a commercial service should refer to the contact and notice terms in the applicable signed agreement.
