Before you sign in
Use the Nova address provided by your organization or Hansec. Check the address before entering account information, especially when following a link from email or chat.
You can sign in with the username or email address assigned to your Nova account and your password. Your organization may require an additional authenticator step.
Sign in
- Open your approved Nova sign-in address.
- Enter your username or email address.
- Enter your password and continue.
- If prompted, enter the current six-digit code from your authenticator or complete the method provided for your account.
- Confirm that the customer and organization context shown after sign-in is the one you expected.
Remember username does not keep you signed in
The remember option can save the username on that browser. It does not save the password and does not replace your organization's session or authenticator requirements. Avoid using it on a shared or public device.
